Backing up the performance of Baulé systems there is an extensive and unique expertise of polyurethane as well as decades of workshop casting experience. This knowledge of moulding and application drives our company to answer our customers’ requests.

In order to maintain our position in the forefront of innovative technology, our will is to keep up a constant development of formulations, research on new chemicals and improvement of processing techniques. Significant resources are focused on research for alternatives in order to reduce chemical exposure and promote efficient and more environmentally friendly systems.

Our laboratory equipment allow us to perform chemical characterisation, description of elastomer behaviour under heat and stress as well as mechanical and visco-elastic tests. Through common resources and means with Bayer MaterialScience, highly specific tests are also available.
