Of an original design, BAULÉ MACHINES’ range includes 2 to 6 components, 0.2 to 250 kg/min throughput and processing temperatures from ambient to 150°C.

Developed thanks to a practical knowledge of the cast polyurethane process, BAULÉ machines are used in more than 45 countries throughout the world and include advanced concepts:

• Accurate control of metering parameters including pressure,
• Operator-friendly interface, computer control and data recording,
• Multiple color or additive injection into the mixing head.

Fully automated turnkey units, including carousel and positioning robot with complete data integration, are also available.
