In order to extend their offer for the cast polyurethane industry, Michel Baulé S.A. and Bayer MaterialScience AG have merged their respective cast elastomers businesses into a joint venture named BAULÉ SAS with headquarters in Romans, France.
The transaction has now been approved by the relevant authorities. The JV BAULÉ SAS has an extended sales network and is even closer to customers. In addition, the alliance with Bayer MaterialScience enlarges the product portfolio and considerably strengthens the universal position of BAULÉ SAS thanks to the global BaySystems network of polyurethane systems houses.

For the benefit of its customers, the new company is highly specialized in cast polyurethanes and will continue to emphasize their development and processing and the improvement of their properties. Both partners are aligned and dedicated to the core value of building up long term trustworthy relationships with their customers from all over the world by developing flexible and tailored solutions for them.
